Broken Chronicles
Broken Chronicles is an exciting addition to the rogue-lite genre, seamlessly blending the fast-paced and strategic elements of rogue-lite with a compelling story and engaging characters.
It centers on a literally blank slate protagonist who finds his place in the world on a journey through various books.
The first prototype, skillfully developed by our dedicated team at Obvious Kiwi, was completed mid-year. This prototype allows players to immerse themselves in the enchanting universe of "The Phantom of the Opera" in a limited level.
The overwhelming enthusiasm and positive feedback we have received for this prototype has encouraged us to develop the concept into a fully-fledged gaming experience.
We are currently actively working on advancing this project in order to be able to offer a comprehensive and captivating gaming adventure in the future.
"Whisper in the Wind" serves as the main theme for the game project "Little Whisper".
This atmospheric play explores profound themes such as death, grief, forgiveness and acceptance. The delicate interplay of gentle piano sounds and vocals creates an atmosphere that reflects the essence of life after death. The melody and ethereal atmosphere enrich the playing experience and immerse the player in a world of contemplation and reflection.
"Whisper in the Wind" sets the tone for the emotional journey that awaits the player in "Little Whisper" and is therefore an integral part of this captivating game project.

"Melancholic Lullaby" is a piece that is included in the soundtrack of the Dawn Hollow video game project.
The haunting melody brings a small farm to life at nightfall and immerses the player in the immersive atmosphere of Dawn Hollow. The game world, reminiscent of Harvest Moon, invites players to tend to its picturesque farm, home to an array of small monsters and strange creatures such as witches, vampires and scarecrows.
"Melancholic Lullaby" captures the tranquil essence of the night through the use of a deep piano and ethereal, high-pitched vocals, interwoven with a hint of eeriness.

Helsing
"Helsing" is an exciting video game project from 2021 that belongs to the action-packed shooter genre.
Inspired by the iconic Doom series, it offers an adrenaline-filled gaming experience and one of the aspects of "Helsing" that we have paid particular attention to is the dynamic soundtrack, which combines both hard and soft sounds.
Through the contrast between these two elements, the music delves deep into the ambivalence of the protagonist and deciphers the subtleties of his character.
The harsh sounds of the game are brought to life by electric guitars and pounding drums, immersing the player in the action and intensity of the battles.
In addition, the electric guitars have been strung with bass strings to enhance the dark sound.
On the other hand, quiet moments are underscored by the melodies of acoustic guitars and the depths of an orchestra, allowing the player to engage with the protagonist's introspective moments. Here are two audio examples.
Txep ayoengyä
The creation of the piece "Txep Ayoengyä" was a central part of my bachelor thesis. Inspired by the fictional language of the Na'vi from James Cameron's film universe Avatar, the composition captures the essence of the "Way of the Sun" (Na'vi: Txep Ayoengyä).
Txep Ayoengyä is sung like a prayer by nature-loving forest people and embodies the harmonious connection to creation. To emphasize this, spherical sounds and a forest atmosphere were woven into the piece.
Between Worlds
Between Worlds is a piece that was also an important part of my bachelor's thesis. This composition deals with the theme of the transition between the world of the living and the realm of the deceased.
The deep sobs of the mourners are combined with the hauntingly high wailing of the spirits of the deceased to create a poignant lament that bridges the gap between the two worlds.

Tale of War:
This piece serves as a prequel to the game Aelyn and is presented in the form of a captivating folk song. It tells of the rise of a new power and a terrible war, illustrated by a mixture of acapella choir and immersive sound design.
City of Dreaming Books:
Inspired by Walter Moers' novel of the same name, this level design creates a haunting atmosphere. The interplay of piano, choir and orchestra sets a melancholic tone that beautifully complements the library landscape.I have enjoyed and been passionate about these projects, using my passion for music and game design to create engaging audio experiences that enrich the gameplay and narrative.
